Obeetee Debuts at The Rug Show at High Point
NEW YORK, April 10, 2018 — Obeetee, a global leader in hand-woven carpets, is making its High Point Market debut at The Rug Show at the Suites at Market Square, top floor, Booth #T-464. The Rug Show is a non-profit industry association of producers, importers and wholesalers whose aim is to work together to promote and expand the rug industry.

Obeetee will be showcasing some of the world's finest hand-knotted rugs, including the Cara Collection and its playful design called "Tartan A". The Obeetee Express quick-ship program, which offers expertly hand-tufted carpets with a two-week lead time for strike-offs after rendering approval and a six-to-eight week production time for most sizes, will also be featured.

There are hundreds of designs from which to choose on www.obeetee.com/obtExpress.aspx and customers can also submit their own designs. The website allows customers to select from 194 stocked colors in 100% New Zealand wool to develop their own unique carpet colorations. The site also lets them view the rugs in various room settings and print or email samples to clients. Other hues from Obeetee's bank of more than 4,000 colors and additional fibers like silk, viscose, nylon and cotton are possible with a customized lead time.

In addition to the booth, Obeetee Vice President Vimal Kumar is participating in a CEU on fair trade and social accountability in the design industry in the Lecture Room, Top Floor Suites at Market Square on Tuesday, April 17 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Gretchen Auer, Obeetee Sales Manager, will be also presenting a CEU on custom rug design on the same day, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Registration required for both CEUs at: www.therugshow.com.
