CHICAGO — This fall, NAFCD and NBMDA will bring together the leaders of the flooring and interior building material distribution community for the 2023 NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention. The Annual Convention will feature a one-day workshop titled University of Innovative Distribution (UID) In-a-Day on November 14 that will provide tailored education to those in management positions within wholesale distribution firms as well as their partner suppliers.

This workshop is designed for any manager working for a distributor or supplier who is interested in their individual growth as well as the contribution to their employer’s growth. The target audience includes operations, general, branch and sale managers along with anyone else within the company looking for continuing education and ideas to stimulate their personal growth.

Conference attendees will hear from an impressive lineup of authorities and leading-edge thinkers who impact distribution executives today, including:

Jeremy Wall: Jeremy Wall is the co-founder and CEO of GoalMakers as well as the lead facilitator of the NAFCD Master Manager Program. Jeremy plans to share his passion for people management and business finance as he gives a presentation on goal setting during the UID In-a-Day workshop.

Jamie Turner: Jamie Turner is an internationally-recognized author, professor, speaker and news contributor who helps professionals improve their communication skills, productivity and leadership. During the one-day workshop, Jamie will explore the unspoken rules of leadership and help attendees reach their full professional potential.
