Prime Joins Ecore as Senior Vice President HR & Organization Development
Based in Ecore’s corporate office in Lancaster, Pa., Prime will be responsible for continuing to develop and enhance all aspects of Ecore’s HR Department, including the development, implementation, and execution of Ecore’s HR strategy. Her responsibilities include cultural transformation, talent acquisition and management, organizational and leadership development, and compensation and benefits.
“This new senior executive role is in support of the strategic growth initiatives that have been laid out by Ecore’s leadership team and the Ecore Board of Directors,” said Art Dodge III, president, and CEO of Ecore. “Kathy will be pivotal in bringing a clear understanding of Ecore’s strategic, financial, and personnel issues to Ecore’s overall business strategy.”
Prime has more than 20 years of HR experience and has supported senior leadership at several organizations, including High Companies, Susquehanna Bank, PNC Financial Services, and Sterling Financial Corporation. Her diverse industry experience also includes expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
Prime holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
