About First Street
Giggaloop Inc was formed in 2006, when we first bought First Street Flooring. We are often asked about the “Giggaloop” – it came from a favorite British comedy. Have you ever been in a situation when you know that it would be the most terrible thing to do..to giggle. The more you think about it and the more that you try to suppress it, the more it seems impossible to do either…that’s the Giggaloop! We believe flooring should be fun...
Over the past several years we have grown the business to further service the local area by offering window coverings.
A customer once asked how we compare to a major box store. I asked if he had ever seen this store support a local event here in Salida? The circle has to be a full one. In order to keep our community a thriving one, we need to support the local businesses who in turn are asked to support the local events taking place here in our beautiful town.
Our goal is not to be the cheapest since we believe that you get what you pay for. As your neighbor, be assured we stand by our work and our products. We understand the power of word of mouth and strive for our reputation to be one of fair prices, excellent service and customer satisfaction.
One of our goals in owning a small business in a small town is to support our local community. We are proud to have been able to do this extensively since 2006.
