Quality Cabinets® has come a long way since 1969. It was then that founding father Charles Ladd launched the company with just three employees in one 7,500-square-foot building in Duncanville, Texas. As is usually the case with a start-up, necessity was the mother of invention – Ladd’s previous experience with the homebuilding industry had revealed a gaping void in the supply channel. Builders and distributors were in need of cabinets – and a cabinet company – they could count on.
We’re proud to say that, decades later, they are still counting on Quality Cabinets®.
Not only does Quality Cabinets® manufacture cabinetry, we build relationships as well. Homebuilders come to us at a time when the pressure is intense. The house is nearly done; timing is critical. This is when the cabinet supplier can make that homebuilder a hero… or not.
A simple principle articulated by Ladd some three decades ago sums up nicely the foundation for our success over the years:
“We will be successful,” he said, “provided we are committed to our customer’s success and we conduct ourselves with the highest level of integrity.”
So we commit to –maybe even obsess over – ensuring the customer’s success. We even made our name a promise – Quality – and we strive to live up to that promise every single day, with every single customer. We know how costly it can be if a product arrives late or falls short of our standards and yours. That’s why we manufacture them to the highest standards we can possibly achieve. And we maintain control of our products all the way to the customer’s warehouse or job site. It simply wouldn’t make sense to leave any part of the process to chance or to outsiders.
