Flooring Empire Group, In partnership with Fulong Ceramics, is among the leading manufacturers of Porcelain and ceramic tile for floors and walls. Flooring Empire Group specializes in supply large customers such as ceramic tile factories. In Brazil alone we have five factories which purchase exclusively from Flooring Empire Group. Fulong Ceramics uses only first class equipment, including 7200 ton press, roto color roller printing machines. Fulong Ceramics has 12 fully automated production lines for porcelain tile, based on large volume production capacity. Fulong Ceramics is in compliance with international standards for quality control such as ISO9001 and ISO13006 Ceramic tile specifications, along with American national standards A137.1 accreditation and ASTM C373 definition for water absorption, bulk density, porosity and gravity. Our annual production capacity is over 30 million square meters with hundreds of sizes and designs Flooring Empire Group employs their own highly qualified inspection team comprised of indepent inspectors to control the quality of the production thus ensuring that our export product is AAA quality. In addition to highly strict quality inspection adapted to the production lines, we also implement our unique approach right after production that is to inspect 5% of the entire shipment, pallet by pallet, by choosing boxes at random while still at the factory and prior to loading in containers. Should any flaws be discovered, the entire shipment is returned to the factory for reion. Reed products are once more inspected utilizing the same method in order to guarantee AAA quality every time. Any shipment that does not pass the third inspection is disqualified for export.
