Burnell’s Decor is a THIRD Generation Paint Store in Rice Lake WI. Beginning in 1952 with Schelliens Decorating with Jim & Shannon Schellien they occupied a location on south main in Rice Lake. In 1975 Burnell & Paulette Hanson opened Burnell’s Decor in New Richmond. Working with the Schelliens & Benjamin Moore at their start a few years later they purchased Schelliens and moved all of the operations to the present location at 502 North Main. In 2005 Kristin & Bjorn began running the business. In 2009 there was the addition of Out There Nordic to the line up at the 502 North Main location
