NWFA University Earns Lenny Award for Best Not-for-Profit Training Program
ST. LOUIS, Missouri (November 29, 2022) – The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) announced that its online learning platform, NWFA University (NWFAU), has received its fourth SAP Litmos Lenny Award for Best Not-for-Profit Training Program.

Litmos, the education platform for NWFAU, offers an industry-leading Learning Management System (LMS) that unifies virtual, classroom, mobile, and social learning in a secure, intuitive platform. The Litmos Lenny Awards honor innovative, inspiring, and winning Litmos use cases across any industry or company size.

“Our mission is to help NWFA members succeed and grow in the competitive marketplace. Education is key to accomplishing this mission,” says Stephanie Owen, vice president of education for NWFA. “NWFAU allows our members to have access to education when and where they want it. We are proud to have provided online education opportunities to nearly 13,000 wood flooring professionals, and look forward to continuing to increase our reach.”

NWFAU is comprised of more than 275 individual learning courses lasting 15-20 minutes, with an online testing component. More than 200,000 achievements have been earned since its 2016 launch.
