This year, the Restoration Collection® products and display will carry a new statement: Resists Everything. Impresses Everyone. “When we say that the product ‘resists everything’, it’s hardly an understatement”, according to Dan Natkin, Vice President of Laminate and Hardwood at Mannington. “The product is waterproof, thanks to SpillShield®Plus so consumers can feel confident putting it in a bathroom, kitchen or mudroom. In fact, we now have approved the use of residential steam-based mops for regular cleaning and sanitizing. That’s a big vote of confidence in the power of our SpillShield®Plus waterproof technology!”
In addition, Restoration Collection® floors are guaranteed to resist scratches, indentations, stains and fading. And, if that wasn’t enough, they’re also made right here in the USA at our Mannington manufacturing facility in High Point, North Carolina.
This year we are introducing one stunning new design to the collection, called Haven. According to Cristen DelBove, Director of Residential Styling, “Haven uses TruDetail™ technology, a remarkable digital print method that provides genuine natural variation and unmatched attention to detail.” Haven’s subtle, yet stunning, visual features 20 individual plank designs in a European White Oak based on our ultra-premium Sanctuary product line in real hardwood.
Haven’s subtle, embossed-in-register texture allows the natural character of the grain to show through. A perfect backdrop to the minimalist Nordic interiors that are so popular today, Haven features 8”-wide planks in a palette of five colors: oat, toast, honey, coffee and wheat.
