Mannington Announces Leadership Transition
Ed Duncan joined Mannington in 1988 as Director of Marketing. He was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 1989 and in 1991, he was named Vice President of Mannington Commercial, the newly-formed commercial hard surface marketing division.
Prior to his current position, he served as Senior Vice President, Residential Marketing and New Business Development. He also led Mannington’s entry into the new product categories of Laminate, Luxury Vinyl Sheet and LVT. As of January 1, 2019, Zack Zehner will assume the role of President, Mannington Residential.
Steve Zangla came to Mannington in 1997 as Director of Organizational Development and Training, and in 1999 was promoted to Vice President of Residential Sales. Over the years, Steve’s role has evolved and expanded to include Mannington’s entry into new product categories and business channels including Residential Remodel, Multi-Family, Single Family, and Main Street Commercial. Upon Steve’s retirement this fall, Max Holland joined Mannington as Vice President, Residential Sales.
Joe Amato is Vice President of Residential Styling and has been with Mannington for 39 years. During his tenure, Joe has been an integral part of the success of various flooring innovations, including the patented NatureForm® texture manufacturing process and the laminate Restoration Collection®. Joe has been a vital part of Mannington’s growth in LVT, leading the styling development for ADURA®, ADURA®Max and ADURA®Max APEX collections. As of January 1, 2019, the residential styling team will report to Terry Marchetta in her new role as Sr. Director, Residential Styling.
