Mannington Associates Recognized by Local March of Dimes Organization
SALEM, NJ, August 30, 2012— The March of Dimes recently held an awards celebration to recognize those who participated and volunteered in the “March for Babies” Salem County Walk this spring.
Mannington Mills’ team, the Maneto Marchers, placed third in the “Top Company Team” category with contributions totaling over $3,000. The funds support the March of Dimes, whose mission is to improve the health of newborns and new mothers through education and advocacy.
The money was raised by Mannington’s March of Dimes committee, which held various company fundraisers – such as hoagie sales and ‘wear jeans to work’ days - to reach their goal. At the event, sponsors expressed their gratitude to all Mannington’s Salem, NJ associates for their continued generosity.
