SALEM, NJ –February 1, 2022 – Mannington Mills, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Georgia Carpet Finishers, Inc., one of the premier suppliers of carpet backing to the residential, hospitality, and turf industries as well as high density polyurethane cushions.

Georgia Carpet Finishers, Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Mannington Mills, Inc., and will operate independently. The company is located in Chatsworth, Georgia, and employs approximately 150 associates. Dwight Hefner will remain President of Georgia Carpet Finishers and will report to Russell Grizzle.
