From my 20 years of experience "refacing" other manufacturers cabinets, I've learned the flaws and weak points of cabinet construction and integrated those improvements into our cabinets. We do it right the first time!
We start with solid kiln dried lumber for our face frames that are glued and screwed together. This gives strength, squareness, and rigidity to every cabinet we make. Our quality is evident too in our cabinet construction which begins with a durable laminate or prefinished wood interior box dadoed, rabbeted, glued and screwed together. Our interiors are not only pleasing to the eye, but are easy to clean and eliminate the need for shelf paper.
Our raised panel doors are mortise and tenon construction with a full 3/4" raised panel.
All of our stains are hand-wiped to bring out the natural beauty of the wood. For durability we apply only the finest sealers and topcoats which provide resistance to water and household chemicals.
Drawer boxes can be either a laminate , metal or solid wood dovetailed construction. Our concealed hinges and drawer slides all offer a lifetime warranty. You are limited only by your imagination.
