Founder, Sam Kinnaird started in the floor covering business back in 1968. In
1989, Sam, Jim Mudd and Merv Huber formed a new business and opened Sam
Kinnaird’s Flooring.
We currently have 2 retail locations. The Middletown store is located at 12314 Shelbyville Road in the Middletown Plaza. Our other location is at 1200 Gardiner Lane (on the corner of Poplar Level Road).
