Russ & Steve Hietpas started what is now known as DCO Flooring in 1988 as Discount Carpet Outlet. We have always operated with the idea that we will always treat our customers the way we would want our own family to be treated. Our installers have all been with us for over 21 years each and they take a great deal of pride in their work and craftsmanship. You will not see us running many advertisements announcing big sales events because we give you the fairest prices everyday.
