Warehouse Carpets

Warehouse Carpets, Sole Proprietorship opened in June of 1978 with my dad and mom tending the store during the day and cleaning and measuring for floor covering in the evenings.  My parents continued their cleaning services until the shop started providing for their needs.

We have had many customers who have faithfully come to see us two and even three times to purchase floor covering, and to them we will always be indebted.  We will always be grateful to my grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Thomas E. Camp, Sr., who had enough faith in us to provide funding for purchasing the building.  Without their help, there probably would never have been a Warehouse Carpets in Luthersville.

After experiencing some serious health issues, my dad decided to retire and turn the business over to me in 2010.  At that time, I became owner and changed from a Proprietorship to an LLC.  My dad continues to be my right hand man—measuring and making runs to Dalton and Atlanta to pick up floor covering and supplies.  My mom, Kathy, remains as secretary. We have a few installer teams for whom we are very grateful. They do great work and are very reliable. Without their help and expertise, we would not be who we are today.

We have seen many changes through the years, and have had our ups and downs with the economic crisis, but the Lord has seen us through them all. “To God be the Glory for the things He has done.”  Our mission from the beginning was to "Provide Quality Floor Covering at Discount Prices" and that remains our mission today.  We still believe that no form of advertisement surpasses that of a satisfied customer, and word of mouth has kept us in business for 35 years.  We trust that it will continue to do so for this present generation and for future generations of our family.  Our sincere thanks to all of you who have and continue to patronize us! We appreciate all of you more than words could ever express!
