I have been in business for 35 years, serving the greater Kansas City area. My main focus is on carpeting, but I do supply and install other products, such as ceramic tile, hardwood, area rugs, and various vinyl styles. It is very important in this type of industry to be service-oriented. This includes not only supplying the product, but also providing quality installation that is backed by the company. I do not believe that it benefits the end user to burden them with the issues of installation. Therefore, I do not sell my products and ask the customer to pay the installation separately.

Since I am a home based business, I have many advantages over my competition. First and foremost, my overhead is lower, which is reflected in my pricing. Along with accurate measurements and lower prices, I am able to keep the overall costs on a project down. I show by appointment and work whatever time frame works with the customer. It can be day, evening, Saturday, or Sunday.

My showroom is 3,000 square feet of displays, ranging from carpet, wood, commercial products to ceramic tile. The types of projects range from basic entry level to high end wools and everything in between. Manufacturers are Shaw, Beaulieu, Mohawk, Masland, Fabrica and Stanton to just name a few. I do stock various styles for faster service and lower pricing.

The most important part of my business is the installation. It is the last impression a customer has of my business and in order to keep getting referrals, it must be positive. All of my crews are qualified installers for their respective products and have been with me for many years. I have received a lot of positive feedback over the years about the quality of the work they put out and about their friendly, positive attitude. I am fortunate to have them working for me.
