History and Community Involvement
Sheila and Leo Evans have been a part of the Rockwall community since 1978. They have two children who have been in Rockwall schools from kindergarten through graduation. They have witnessed the excellence of Rockwall schools and are big supporters of the district. Sheila is a member of the Rockwall Business and Education Council, working with other business professionals, the Superintendent of schools and the head of the Career Development programs for the RISD. Sheila and Leo have been members of Lake Pointe Church since 1983. Sheila is a member and past Secretary of Rockwall Rotary. SEI is a 20 yr member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce.
