PacifiCrest Mills is a subsidiary of Royalty Carpet Mills. Royalty Carpet Mills is a totally vertical carpet manufacturer located in Irvine California. Royalty was founded in 1963 by Mike Derderian. The PacifiCrest brand is the specified contract division of Royalty. We provide commercial floor covering worldwide.
