Our strategy is to focus on achieving leading positions in growing markets while keeping costs low. As a result, we are the largest, low-cost supplier of cement in Texas and will be the second largest, low-cost cement producer in California when modernization and expansion of that state’s plant is completed.

TXI is also a leading supplier of aggregate, ready mix and package concrete in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. West of the Mississippi River, we are the largest supplier of expanded shale and clay aggregate products.
