Owner Jason Zappia started working local at the age of 17 as an installer and eventually started learning the trade full time after college. Jason started the company Premier Flooring Installation with his partner Brandi Oliver in 2006. Jason and Brandi still run Premier Flooring today. With the success, reputation and contacts Jason made in the flooring business, he set high expectation of owning a retail Flooring store one day. In 2016, Jason decided to expand the business. They opened a new retail store, Preferred Flooring in Breese, Illinois.
