The welcoming industrial space is a reflection of owner Alan Reames' business savvy, combined with his artistic eye. While he jokes he does his best to "stay out of the way", letting his skilled employees handle the day-to-day. Reames is the go-to guy when asked.

Reames built his business on integrity and doing what's right for the customer. He wants to make sure his clients have only good things to say about their home remodel experience - even if that means forcing them to face reality. This includes minding the fact home remodel projects on TV really do take six months or longer, despite the abbreviated timeline shown in a 30-minute episode.

"We try to educate you," Reames said. "I call it managing expectations."

Sure a customer can go to a big box store and purchase items for their bathroom or kitchen remodel. But what separates NW Design Center from the big box competition is the time employees spend with customers and the quality of products available.

When you walk into the showroom customers are greeted by friendly employees who are eager to help clients create the perfect space. They are also greeted by a vast selection of materials.

Manufactured countertops and flooring, traditional and modern cabinet design, recycled glass tile woven for one of a kind kitchen backsplash, or traditional patterns for a bathroom. You name it, NW Design Center has it!

Along with expanding the business, Alan has made it a priority to support the military veteran community being a veteran himself.
