Once you come into the store and select your product, it is a very simple process. The designer you work with is able to get you all the information you need, without the hassle or wait time. First, an on-site measure is scheduled. Then customers are provided with a quote (without the high pressure sales tactics). Lastly, product or products are ordered and the installation is scheduled.
We know that any product, no matter what the price, is only as good as the installation. We only work with qualified and reliable installers, most of whom have been with our store for several years. Should a problem, arise, you don’t need to hunt down your installer. You simply call us and we deal with it directly.
A large part of our business is referral based; which is one of the reasons the company has stayed in business, even with a shaky economy at times. We enjoy seeing our repeat customers over the years. It’s also nice to hear from our customers that the reason they came in is because their father, sister, cousin, neighbor or co-worker recommended our company.
Residential & Commercial
We also work with several rental properties, commercial properties and realtors, especially those who are putting homes on the market and need a fresh look. If you have an installer (or are an installer), we can always sell you our quality products at wholesale prices. We are an exclusive Abbey dealer which allows us to buy products at a lower price, and then pass the savings on to you, our valued customer.
