Carpets Direct was founded in 1992. We moved to our present location in Walton, KY in 1994. Through out the years, we have expanded our business–both with a larger building and with the coordinating counter-tops customers requested. We have also added services such as bringing samples to your home or office to help you create the look you want. The colors you see online or under fluorescent lighting look very different when you see them in your home or office.
Dan Meyer is the owner and the driving force behind Carpets Direct. He will always make sure the customers are pleased with their flooring purchases. He comes to every job to check on measurements, satisfaction, and to answer any questions customers may have.
Max Meyer is the warehouse manager and he is learning the flooring business from Dan. Max is also teaching Dan how to install and use inventory software.
Amy Sloan is the office manager. She has the skill to manage the paper work, the scheduling, and all the traffic in the office. Amy is a very important part of the team, as her skills allow Dan to go to the customers’ homes without worrying about the office.
