Posting pictures by inspectors on this forum board and having us guess the problem has proved very useful (as a teaching tool) and entertaining.
When an inspector posts a picture of a claim, who is in the best position to know affirmatively what the issue is? Is it not the inspector who handled the claim?
While the rest of us can only guess and surmise what 'might' be the cause or reason for the claim, the absolute truth lies with the person who made the inspection.
Please remember that a picture can only tell so much. Physically being there and thoroughly evaluating the claim is the only way a conclusive cause can be determined.

Pictures, with or without whole story stimulates conversation, and makes everyone think....that's what we're supposed to be doing here, right?
