Ray, Sorry I have not been on much have been goin full throtle. To answer your question I have done everything from low end to high end retail work along with comercial work from many year's now. I also have been the one in my area that get's called in from many retailers to look of fix customer's concerns. I also get called in my many mills to go out on site to work with the installers that are having problems making the carpet or other flooring work.
To answer Jim yes I do look at every small detail and am learning every day. I also do trainging for diffrent org. and helping set up a apprentice program with the dept of labor for a group of retailers. That is a few things I do along with other to try and better the installation community.
