Bring the proof here-- in pictures

The next time anyone has a direct gluedown or stretch-in with a pattern match and the pattern is off, why not show everyone what can be done, especially if the pattern has several ways of seeing the pattern. You know, one from straight down the pattern, if it has a diagonal, the diagonal part of the pattern can be viewed from several directions.

If the pattern has a wiggle, now that would really be something if you could straighten that.

Before and after pictures please, with proof that the job is the same job and not two different jobs.

What do you have to lose, if a job has a patternmatch and it's off? If everyone sees the pictures, everyone might be able to see different things and make some good suggestions.

No one or board to date has done such.

Yes, I understand my presence is tough to deal with, but only when pressed and another twists words and meanings, lies or claims I am delusional. Then I can be a little confrontational, but which of you aren't?

I have watched almost every single one of you installers fight with each other, on every board.

Why not put it to constructive use.

Yes, I am very opinionated and some might even say hard headed-hahahahahahahaha, but I never once lied about the things I've said.

Yea, I've trashed Walker and others,--because as I saw it, they were saying things that were totally wrong from an installers perspective and if I say nothing, I might as well hold-up a sign that says, KICK-ME, I'M STUPID, and I just won't do that.

Since Walker is too afraid to defend what he writes and all the things that' organization does, I see a few of you guys protecting him, when you can't prove it and then you start with the name calling.

I thought we came to these boards to learn, but if you're afraid that you aren't one of the best, how are you going to learn, if you don't take an active part and discuss these things. It's ok to be wrong or not know.

How many of you claim you are on the same level as Walker? See what I mean. If you've been doing carpet 20 or 30 years, you have had the chance to see it all, IF you wanted too and worked to be so.

As an installer, Walker has nothing on me. Why do you idolize him? It seems man is the only species that has come to where it's not the strongest and smartest, survive. All of you have lost that edge and that will to be the best, king of the hill, top of the heap. That kind of action makes all men stronger and much smarter, unless you're just a wussie and want someone else to tell you what to do all the time. waaaaaa, I'm gonna tell my mommy.

Grow-up and stand-up or shut-up. Prove what you say and who you choose to be. Followers are namby-pamby idiots, for a lifetime, AT LEAST AMOUNG --SO CALLED SUBCONTRACTORS.

It is ok to be wrong today or not as good or knowledgable as others or even one of the besrt at problem solving, but that doesn't mean you can't be all of those things with a little time.

Only when men are confused by things or others, do they become namby pamby idiots.

If you want to be the best, you must challenge any and all--or you must question the best--or toughest or whomever you see as the smartest.

Since some of you idolize Walker and defend him, there is no hope for you, you will always be ignorant and feel beneath the guy you can't challenge.

Yes, I believe I'm one of the very best and brightest, but I'm not allowed to prove it,--save in words, so as I am not allowed to prove it, neither are any of you--unlewss you think for one moment, those hand skills tests prove anything.

There is but one way to prove who you are and one way only, but this industry has for so long shown it doesn't want proof.

The only place to showcase all your skills and thinking, is on a huge, intricate, residential and or commercial job. Nothing else will even come close.

You are installing, why not share photos of your installations and explain how you do it in photos.

Thank you Jim.

Because every time I say or do anything, someone seems to try to make things bad out of it, so hey, no big deal, let everyone think what they want.

It seems best to just go along to get along and don't rock the boat, because no one really cares. Smile I get it.

Isn't it obvious?

That doesn't mean there won't be very serious repercussions, as the government does the same to the general public, in its dumbing down of America, as it and big business rape the middle class.

Because of such, our nation is heading into a very serious recession and probably a depression, but hey, if that's what makes you guys happy, then we are all headed for it.

See there Ray, ya'll want and you want and you want, but when you get new stuff, you hate it and the person bringing it, because it ain't what ya'll want to hear.

I could bring new stuff every single day, but I would have to have access to all the sites to do it.

However, to bring new things everyday--which no one else can do, takes a lot and especially doing such for free.

Why don't ya'll do that for free, because ya'll can't and ya'll hate anyone that can.

That's why I'm just going to be like the rest of you and just kinda hang around and rehash all the same-old, same-old.

supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Smile

Actually, I don't get anywhere near enough good input or situations to solve, so I get bored, but this time, I'm going to do exactly as I say, go along to get along.

Pictures were fixed this morning.

The other message boards are not pointing the information at retailers, distributors and manufacturers as this site is.
The other boards are comprised of the "boys" hanging out and with some boards being downright nasty.
So bring one industry issue at a time and stay on topic so you don't confuse me.
I have reports to write at this time, and once the photo upload is fixed to automatically reduce the photos to the required size I'll post photos of inspections performed for discussion and debate. I'm convinced that discussing problems we see and giving possible repair methods and ways to avoid these problems will be valuable to the readers.
Repair methods and possible ways to avoid the problems is right up your alley.

Just be patient Jim. One thing at a time.

No, I don't teach my repair techniques. Those are my bread and butter. From what I've heard of other guys explaining how they do some repairs, well, let's just say I like my ways better.

I might upload some repair photos before and after, but that would be about it. It's been so slow lately, that I'm having to use savings.

Glad to hear some of you are doing so well.
