This forum was established to give industry professionals an opportunity to express personal views and opinions in a public environment. It has been our policy to monitor threads and remove any posts in violation of our terms and conditions and this includes abusive and harassing conduct.

At times, we unfortunately have had to delete users who were perpetual violators of our terms and conditions.

At the same time, it is not our purpose to micro-manage this forum or those who have been validated to use it.

As with any public forum, views can sometimes take on a personal nature. Personality disputes can arise and these are sometimes manifested in individual posts.

Anyone who agrees to participate in this or any other forum, does so with full knowledge that controversial threads will at times generate critical responses.

Please understand that the views expressed in this forum are those of the individual user and not that of FloorBiz or its employees.

It is the intent of FloorBiz to allow freedom of expression as long as it is done in a professional manner.

If any are sensitive to criticism or the risks associated with it (business or otherwise), it might be best to simply refrain from posting.
