Maybe you could do something like picking a good article someone writes and feature it--say once a month,--with someone different every month or maybe an article about one of the installers on the job, where something funny happened. You know, something unique to spotlight.

I just wish guys would have a paper and pen with them on the job and when they see or think of something new, they could present it. I never carried pen and paper when I installer all the time, but I never had a web site to write to either.

Many guys want to talk, but it seems not enough wanjt to write new stuff. They are exposed to all sorts of new situations almost daily. All they need do is take a little time to write it down, because if you don't write it down right then, you will likely forget it by the days end, because ya have ta keep running.

Maybe Dave could add a special place on the site for just such articles.
