Great customer service and good, helpful people just because! I just walked in hoping to find and buy a few pieces of matching wood floor for a small rotting section in my dining room. No one sells a few pieces so you'd have to buy the entire bunch! They don't either, but the owner just gave me 8 or so pieces they had lying in the back free of charge! These guys are incredible! From start to finish the whole process was smooth. They came in with a competitive quote, a range of flooring options, and overall excellent customer service. I cannot recommend Scott and his team at Preferred highly enough! They replaced all the hardwoods in our home (including sanding and staining the stair risers to match), and added LVP and tile in our basement. The work is exceptional, their prices are reasonable and their friendliness and customer focus can't be beat. I visited several local flooring companies before Preferred, including the ones "everyone" uses and none of them came close to making me feel as welcome and valued as they have. Go visit them today - you will be glad you did!!
