Schluter-Systems’ anodized aluminum cove-shaped profiles, the DILEX-AHK and DILEX-AHKA, are now available in seven additional colors – Schluter’s TRENDLINE color series. These colors have been added to the product line to provide more design options to complement the many popular tiles made from natural materials, or the rapidly growing array of porcelain tiles that are finished to look natural.

The AHK and AHKA profiles both have a 3/8” radius cove that prevents the accumulation of dirt, making cleaning simple. They prevent surface water penetration and meet the maintenance and hygienic requirements of commercial kitchens, bathrooms, and food-processing plants, or any tiled environment where a sanitary cove base is desired.

DILEX-AHK is designed for use at inside wall corners, countertop/backsplash transitions and floor/wall transitions where little movement is expected. The DILEX-AHKA profile is specifically made for transitions between walls to be tiled and previously finished floors.

These DILEX profiles in the new finishes are made of colour-coated aluminum, and feature a textured finish, achieved with Schluter’s proven powder coating procedure.
