BALTIMORE, MD. October 8, 2014 – Fishman Flooring Solutions has named Mary Henritz manager of its Northern Region effective January 1, 2015. In her new role, Henritz will oversee all sales and operations for the firm in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Henritz has almost 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. She began her career with Fishman in 2008 as a customer service manager, responsible for the firm’s order center in Baltimore, which handles inside sales and customer service. Over time, her responsibilities were expanded to include systems training for all of Fishman’s 28 branches.
Henritz succeeds Jerry Murphy, who is retiring at the end of this year after a career with Fishman that spans 37 years. He joined the company in October 1977 and has since held a number of positions with increasing responsibility. He was named to his current position as regional manager in 1990.

Henritz attended Catonsville Community College in Maryland. She and her husband, Rodger, reside in Mt. Airy, Maryland.
