Sassuolo, 18 February 2014 - The final deadline to submit applications for the third edition of the Quinquennial Tile Award is 25 March. This is the international award created by Fincibec Group and dedicated to the creative use of ceramic materials in any kind of building context, from residential to contract settings.

Applicants must have used Century, Monocibec or Naxos ceramic materials for works in the residential, public, industrial or business sector between 1 January 2009 and 31 December 2013. All the information, rules and documents required for application are available at www.tileaward.org.

The winner will receive a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Submarine watch, while the second to the fifth runner-ups will win a two-night stay for two at the prestigious Hotel Danieli in Venice, with free entry to the Architecture Bienniale. All admitted participants will receive an annual subscription to the Ottagono magazine.

The panel of experts, formed by five authoritative members with extensive experience in the world of ceramics, design and architecture, will gather in May to define the final list. The winners will be celebrated, as usual, during a soiree held in combination with Cersaie 2014.
