The New York chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) held its fourth annual “Color Invasion Dance Party,” in the Grand Ballroom of the Puck Building in SoHo Manhattan. At the event, the second annual Lester Dundes Interior Design Awards were handed out for excellence in commercial design. Taking the honor for “Best Commercial Under 50,000-sq.-ft. was Mancini Duffy for the Apollo Real Estate Advisors offices in the Time Warner Center. The winning design firms were further honored during an evening reception at the New York Design Center where designers discussed their winning projects in more detail.
