Finale Emilia, 9 October 2012 - ABK Experience is the new exhibition format that was specially designed for Cersaie. Emphasizing the company's identity and key strengths, it took visitors on a journey of discovery through five fascinating spaces, each devoted to a new collection: DOCKS, FOSSIL, SOLERAS, DOWNTOWN and SECRET.

The temporary design space created by the Italian company for the most eagerly anticipated event in the ceramic world featured five exhibits where visitors could enjoy the sensorial experience offered by the new ABK collections. Lines, forms, colours and surfaces alternated within the ABK Experience space in a harmonious blend of innovation, trends, aesthetics and functionality.

Color and material are the design cues of DOCKS, the new collection with a soft touch and original texture. FOSSIL captures all the magic of fossilized wood, creating a unique and versatile collection that stands out for its color combinations and simplicity of use.

The new SOLERAS plank collection recreates the appeal of wooden staves from barrels used for the aging of prestigious wines and spirits such as sherry, madeira and brandy. A mixture of different materials has resulted in DOWNTOWN, a new surface that reflects the history of urban pedestrian areas.

SECRET is what is hidden beneath the surface, the desire to draw the gaze, a play of the senses in seven elegant and modern colors.

The temporary space designed by Mario Tombaccini from the practice Archdesign created a different sensorial experience for each collection based on the use of light, colors, sounds and smells.
