Wayne in his new role will be responsible for Sales and business development in Central America & Mexico. This will be in addition to his existing responsibilities as the Training Manager for the International division stated Faisal Saleem, LATICRETE Senior Director, International Business Development.

According to Saleem, "Wayne worked in the Laticrete Tech Services department for many years before leaving to pursue other opportunities. During his absence, he continued to not only work within the technical services arena, but ventured in sales, as well. After he came back to us in 2010, he headed the training effort for International division. Since his comeback, we felt there is more that he can do, hence this new responsibility. With his technical background, strong interpersonal skills and persuasive behavior, I am very confident that Wayne will support our partners in the region more efficiently and take the business to the next level.

One of my key focus will be to make sure correct products, methods and practices are adopted for proper installation of tile & stone in these markets, this can be achieved through regular training of our distributor staff, contractors, architectural & design community.
