CoverQUIK Tile offers 4 DIY Options that minimize time, mess and cost when installing wall tile
Article Number: 7406

CoverQUIK Tile, the innovative new manufacturer and importer of revolutionary cost and time-saving glass & stone tile and setting systems, will be displaying four new options to set wall tile at Coverings 2012.

"Dealers want to make money with DIY products, but they also acknowledge the fact that there are different levels of do-it-yourselfers," stated Bill Reid, Co-Founder/Vice President, Sales of CoverQuik. "That's why we've brought to the market FOUR different ways for DIY customers of floor covering dealers to ultimately install glass or stone mosaic wall tile. This way, these customers have the opportunity to select the option with which they are most comfortable."

These four options include…

1. USING SPRAY-ON ADHESIVE AND THEN GROUTING. DIY-ers simply spray the adhesive on the wall, firmly press the tiles to the wall for a quick and sturdy bond, grout at once and then wipe down the wall tile installation. This process is applicable to both dry and wet (kitchen & bath) areas.

2. USING SET N' GROUT. This is a new process, which basically entails setting tile and then grouting using the same. One simply trowels on the setting material, firmly presses the tile to the wall and then spreads the "ooze" back, using a grout float. From there, the wall is wiped down and the project is complete. This process is applicable to both dry and wet (kitchen & bath) areas.

3. USING SELF-STICK TILE, with no spray or troweling needed. This is a very simply peel-and-stick process. After the tiles are adhered to the wall, grouting takes place immediately. After that, walls are wiped down and the project is finished. This process is recommended for dry areas only.

4. USING NO-GROUT STONE TILE. Users simply spray or trowel on the adhesive and then press on the stone tile. There is no need to grout them, and the job is done virtually in minutes. This process is also recommended for dry areas only.

All four of these revolutionary techniques will be on display during Coverings 2012 in Orlando, FL April 16 - 20 at CoverQUIK's exhibit # 1413. "These four options simply offer floor covering dealers four more solid ways to recognize profits," concluded Reid.
