Beaulieu of America, the nation’s third largest carpet manufacturer.
“In this newly created role, James will be working with me and our senior management team on growth and strategic directions for our company,” commented Shaw, who began Engineered Floors in 2009. Prior to starting Engineered Floors, Shaw was Chairman and CEO of
Shaw Industries, guiding it to its position as the largest floor covering company in the world.
Lesslie has over 30 years experience in the carpet industry in a variety of roles in operations, product development, sales, and marketing. “Engineered Floors is growing and has an exciting future,” said Lesslie. “Its PureColor solution dyed polyester fiber has quickly become the standard for superior soil and fade-resistance and is the fastest growing carpet fiber in the industry.”
