(Kansas City, MO) Time is running out to take advantage of the gigantic savings on installation training for 2011. With the support of the World Floor Covering Association and the CFI Associate Members’ sponsorship, flooring installers can attend installation training in all surfaces for only $125.00.

CFI must receive a date from a sponsoring party to conduct the training no later than November 4, 2011. The event is to be conducted no later than December 16, 2011.

With the support of the manufacturers, installers and associates receive a $100.00 discount from the original cost of $485.00. This is applied to the World Floor Covering Membership of $225.00. The installer remits to CFI five weeks prior to the event only $125.00. The overwhelming support of WFCA for installation training affords a scholarship opportunity unequalled in this industry. There is no need for installers or sales personnel, contractors and others to miss any educational event with this type of support.

The scholarships can be used for 2-day, hands-on installation training in carpet, ceramic, resilient, wood and laminate workshops. This is an opportunity for an installer to attend one event and receive not only the CFI Certification, but manufacturer certifications in carpet, laminate and wood, which is a substantial savings. For the laminate and wood courses, the opportunity exists to receive certification from the National Wood Flooring Association and the North American Laminate Flooring Association.

WFCA Scholarship funds can also be used for the CFI Carpet Installation for the Inspector Course, the Woven and Patterned Carpet Installation Course and all workshops conducted by CFI. WFCA scholarship funds pay for 100% of CFI training opportunities.

The CFI Certification is also available for industry associates as well as the opportunity to apply for the National Wood Flooring Association’s Sales Certification.
