Finale Emilia, 30th September 2011 - There are images fixed in our memory that remain with us without any connections with our past. They are a sort of infinite and never-changing present like that of a human being. Sensations that find a new life and form in every interpretation and repetition. This is the leitmotif of the new proposals New Country and New Vintage presented by ABK at this year's Cersaie edition.

NEW to show ABK interpretation of different living styles; NEW is also the creative and design concept that inspired our new collections. The research started with NEW COUNTRY, a container of floor and wall tiles showing how to retrieve materials and decorative techniques of the past to make them current and fit for a lifestyle in harmony with nature. It now continues with NEW VINTAGE, a new proposal and creative project in which recovery and stylistic research are connected in one direction composed of deep stories, production techniques and materials with an important experience.

NEW COUNTRY is the representation of a new chromatic and tri-dimensional language that tells a life which is actual and in harmony with nature. New Country is the result of meticulous research which has been applied to four different collections, complementary and mixed together. They are designed to renew the architectures of the past making them contemporary to re-create a natural atmosphere in metropolitan settings: PATIO, PURO, RICORDI and CONTEMPORANEA.

The soul of the project NEW VINTAGE is represented by the collections CABANE and AQUA. They have different origins and objectives, complementary styles and uses born from the same spark of design: to retrieve the stylistic heritage of the past which guide and pursue new trends.

An innovative idea of the project, which is both complete and flexible, born from the passion for ceramic and collected in two product lines that represents the style NEW COUNTRY and NEW VINTAGE for ABK.
