CHICAGO – The North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD) recently announced its Executive Officers and Board of Directors for 2011 at the first ever Distributor Marketplace, hosted jointly with the North American Building Material Distribution Association, in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

“2011 will be an exciting year for NAFCD,” said incoming President Bob Wagner. “As the floor covering industry continues to evolve, it’s more important than ever that our organization continues to provide critical leadership, networking opportunities, valuable education, and insights into upcoming trends. Our board has a great mix of leaders who will provide the direction needed to deliver these services to the organization’s members and the industry.”

Executive Officers for 2011 include: President, Bob Wagner (L. Fishman & Son Inc., Baltimore, MD); Vice President, David Williams (Horizon Forest Products, Raleigh, NC); Secretary, Harvey Johnson (Mastercraft Flooring, Miami, FL); and Treasurer, Joe Reddington (BPI, Irving, TX).

Fred Reitz (JJ Haines & Company, Inc., Glen Burnie, MD) will serve as NAFCD Immediate Past President and Michelle Miller (NAFCD, Chicago, IL) will continue to serve as NAFCD Executive Director.

NAFCD Directors for 2011 are: Dan Blakely (Blakely Products, Warren, MI), Shane Calloway (Columbia Flooring, Danville, VA), David Ford, (Stauf USA LLC, Memphis, TN), Duane Goetze (Shawmark Floors Inc., Dalton, GA), Brian Greenwell (Mullican Flooring, Johnson City, TN), Chris O’Connor (CMH Space Flooring, Wadesboro, CO), and George Roth (Lockwood Flooring, St. Louis, MO).

The NAFCD Board of Directors also acknowledged the contributions of retiring board members Darren Abraham (Abraham Linc, Bridgeport, WV), Roy Foster ( Quick Step, Dallas TX), Jack Lindenschmidt (ISC Surfaces, St. Louis, MO), and Scott Rozmus, (FlorStar Sales, Inc., Romeoville, IL).
