KENNSAW, GA.— Invista Performance Surfaces & Materials (PS&M) has named David Duncan president replacing Dan Stone, who has elected to pursue a different strategic role within Invista PS&M working with Duncan. Both will work out of Invista’s offices here.

Prior to joining Invista several years ago, Duncan had more than 13 years of leadership experience with Koch Industries, Invista’s parent company. “As executive vice president of Invista for the past few years, David already has significant knowledge of the PS&M business and its growth strategies, and is looking forward to helping his team continue to create value for their global customers,” said a spokesperson for the company.

Duncan said his first priority is to continue to talk to and, more importantly, listen to and learn from employees and customers around the globe. “Building on the knowledge I’ve gained by working with this business in different roles over the past few years, I want to continue to understand where we can keep creating the most value for our customers.”
