LAS VEGAS—Laminate flooring has been one of the hardest hit categories, but it hasn’t stopped the North American Laminate Flooring Association (NALFA) from promoting the segment. As such, it announced the winners of its 4th annual LAMMY Awards during a press breakfast at Surfaces 2010.

Bill Dearing, NALFA’s president, said each of this year’s winners “made exceptional contributions to the industry and deserve to be recognized for their efforts. “

Winners were as follows :

• Retailer of the Year: Nebraska Furniture Mart,

• Distributor of the Year: B.R. Funsten & Co.,

• Member Company of the Year: Mannington,

• Associate Member Company of the Year: Toray Plastics,

• Member of the Year: Tino Couto of Torlys,

• Associate Member of the Year: Bob Cummings of PLI.
