CALHOUN, GA.— Mannington Commercial has launched its second annual Tx:Style design challenge. Last year, 440 entries were submitted and 6,000 designers cast nearly half a million votes to determine the winner.

“[Winning] has opened doors to be involved in product development—something many designers never have a chance to do,” said Meagan Webb, last year’s winner.

Five finalists will win $3,000, an all expenses paid trip to NeoCon 2010 and work with Mannington to develop their concepts into product. The grand prize winner receives $7,500 and a full product collection as chosen through open, online voting. The deadline to submit entries is Feb. 12.
