Empire Mouldings (EMI) has been acquired by an undisclosed competing company. Empire Mouldings will be absorbed by the acquirer and will no longer operate under the EMI – Empire Mouldings name.

The founders of EMI will move on and continue to own and operate Flexitions, LLC, which is the manufacturer and marketer of Flexitions Stainable Flexible Transition Molding.
