Character Grade Rescued Maple

Removed from old factories and warehouses, Rescued Maple has been refurbished to produce an attractive, LEED-compliant hardwood flooring option with a face-width ranging from 2” to 2-1/2”. Aged Woods has removed layers of finish and dirt accumulated over decades, then pre-finished Rescued Maple for a light-colored, highly reflective hardwood flooring product ideal for retail environments or other daylight strategy settings.

The rich and unique character of reclaimed hardwood floors are prized by architects, designers, specifiers and homeowners in projects seeking LEED certification. Aged Woods® branded Rescued Maple can contribute points or credits for LEED projects under the category of Materials & Resources Credit 3 – Reclaimed Materials, as well as Materials & Resources Credit 7 – Regional Materials, for most projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.
