COLUMBIA, MD.—The Restoration Industry Association (RIA) and the Carpet Cleaners Institute of the Northwest (CCINW) have entered into an affiliation agreement which will go into effect Oct. 1.

Under the deal, CCINW becomes an RIA affiliated organization, providing its members with discounts to RIA-sponsored programs and events; free access to RIA’s online technical library; discounted rates to RIA’s technical advisors and products, and special pricing for joining RIA as full-fledged members.

In addition, RIA will provide certain member administration services for CCINW which will be a chartered affiliate association representing the textile and flooring services cleaning industry in the Northwest, encompassing Washington, Oregon, Idaho, British Columbia and Alberta.
