DALTON—USFloors has launched Web sites for its residential product lines (usfloorsllc.com) and its new USF Contract specified commercial line (usfcontract.com). USF Contract was launched at NeoCon 2009.

“The needs of the consumer versus the commercial interior designer and specifier are distinctly different, so developing separate sites was necessary in order to provide the information important to both [groups],” said Piet Dossche, president and CEO of USFloors.

Both sites will be linked to provide easy navigation between them.

“Our residential site provides much more information and is much easier to navigate than our previous site,” he said, “especially for things such as installation and maintenance instructions. The new room scene gallery provides inspiration and ideas for visitors who are actively looking for or want to learn more about cork, bamboo or distinctive hardwood floors.”

Regarding USF Contract, Dossche added, “Our commercial site will have the ability to create a user profile and log in to download technical documents such as product and architectural specs, MSDS sheets and white papers. Registered users will also be able to order sample chips that can be used on design boards for client presentations.”
