Welch Company, hosted a highly successful hospitality event the first two days of NeoCon 2009. A buffet-style luncheon was offered to members of the architectural & design community, builders, developers and other key industry figures who interact with LG. The event took place at the E. J. Welch showroom, located just two blocks from Chicago’s Merchandise Mart.

“First of all, it was the perfect year for us to not have a booth at the show,” said David Thoresen, executive vice president of LG Hausys America, Inc. “Considering that attendance was down and most of our big new product launches are coming later in the year, it will be much better for us to return to NeoCon in 2010. The venue we chose was much better for us, and it allowed us to meet with architects, designers and specifiers in a more casual setting. We received nothing but accolades, and I think we really accomplished what we set out to do. Our guests could either walk over or take a car that we provided, and they seemed to appreciate it very much. It was time really well spent.”
