DALTON, GA, June 1, 2009—Patrick Carroll was recently recognized for 25 years of service as a Karastan territory manager representing carpets and rugs in northern New Jersey and managing two major rug accounts (Federated Direct and Bloomingdale’s) in New York City.

“At Karastan, we pride ourselves on having the best sales force in the floor covering business, and Pat shows that every day with his great sales skills,” said Courtney Jones, Karastan regional vice president. “We have a long heritage of employees, like Pat, who have been with the company for that amount of time.”

Still, a quarter of a century is a long time in any business. What’s Carroll’s secret?

“The people at Karastan (the mill and sales service),” said Carroll. “They have made me successful! They inspired me 25 years ago on my first trip to the mill in Eden, NC, and they continue to inspire me each today with their unending dedication to making Karastan the best.”
